I use this script (with examples) photo.tbz2 (2075865 Bytes) to generate HTML representations of pictures to burn them on CD and then archive or distribute them. You need to have a certain directory structure: When you call "photo.pl", the above directory structure is assumed. The pictures smaller in size will then be generated into the appropriate subdirectories. The HTML files will be generated into the "cd" subdirectory. The configuration file is a normal text file that consists of several sections (one per HTML file). These sections are delimited by "###" in a single line. The text in these sections is scanned for "@@@" directly followed by (no spaces!) a picture name. That name is then replaced by the corresponding picture. |
